How to complain
Will someone tell me the correct way to complain and not feel guilty? Is this because I am Catholic or British? (both?). My breakfast was late this morning (thereby making me late since I can't get into the shower until it arrives...). Then when it did come it was not all there....(kind of like the bloke who put it together!). I ring to complain and immediately the bloke is like "I'm so sorry - its completely my fault" etc etc etc. I am dumbstruck of course by his honesty and say thank you (that's the British in me) and then immediately feel guilty (that's the Catholic in me) for making him feel bad and possibly making him worry about it all day (yeah right - AS IF!) .
